Boundless Estates started because affordable rural land is hard to see from a listing photo, and almost impossible to judge from a map.
I look for small acreage, fixer-uppers, cabins, off-grid parcels, land with road frontage and a level spot to build. The kind of property that rarely gets professional photography and almost never gets a video tour.
So I make them watchable. I hunt for affordable rural properties that get almost no marketing attention, build each one into a video from the listing's own photos, and put it in front of an audience that wants exactly this. It goes to the email list first, and out to the channels after.
Where I look
Mostly Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia, with occasional finds elsewhere. These are the areas where land is still genuinely affordable.

How we make money
Agents and sellers pay us to produce and run video campaigns for their listings. Featuring a property is never a recommendation to buy it. We work from the listing, not the property.
